The Original 1983 began life at the Central Markets in Adelaide back in the 80’s. Nanna fused a traditional Asian style Chilli Oil that she had learnt from the store owners with a new smoked chilli (The Chipotle) that was coming into South Australia from Mexico. As word quickly spread about Dulcie’s Original 1983 Crispy Chilli Oil, she would sell it in the carpark after 12 hour shifts at Angelakis Brothers Seafood. As Nanna would say- “Cash Only….what do I look like a bank?”.

Made by hand, eaten by mouth.

Four circular vegan and allergy-friendly product badges: 100% vegan, handmade, gluten free, and small batch.
